Questa canzone mi ha
aiutato molto. Soprattutto
nelle mie ore più buie quando ero profondamente triste e disperata. Se non riuscivo ad addormentarmi cantavo la canzone piano nella mia
mente. Così potevo lasciarmi andare e calmarmi.
Dolori, pesi, paure,
peccati e dubbi tutto ciò che possiamo portare davanti a Dio. Dio è più grande
del nostro dolore, dei nostri pesi, delle nostre paure, è più grande dei nostri
peccati e dei nostri dubbi! Non è troppo sopraffatto e depresso come facciamo
spesso. Sì prende cura di noi meglio di quanto potremmo mai fare. Spesso nella
bibbia troviamo scritto di „non aver
paura!“. Dio ha fatto morire suo figlio Gesù Christo per colpa nostra sulla
croce. Gesù è rèsorto e ha vinto la morte. È il suo dono per
voi, per noi per amore e con misericordia. C’era Tommaso, un discepolo di Gesù, che non riusciva a credere che Gesù
crocifisso fosse davvero in piedi davanti a lui e perciò doveva toccare con
mano le sue ferrite per credere. Una volta Gesù disse: “ Beati quelli che non
vedono e tuttavia credono.” Tommaso dubitava della potenza di Dio. Molto spesso
sono sopraffatta da tutti i miei pensieri, le mie paure che mi paralizzano e io
patisco i miei affanni . La mia colpa è tra Dio e me. Le mie paure mi bloccano
e i miei dubbi mi limitano. Bene, possiamo fare tutto questo con Dio e lui si
prende cura di tutti i nostri pensieri. Ci rende liberi!

This song was very helpful for me. Aspecially in my darkest hours, when I was deeply sad and desperate.
As I can’t fall asleep I sung this song quietly in my mind.
So I could let it go. Pain; burdens, fears, guilts and doubts,
all that we can lay down by God: He is greater than our pain, our burdens,
our fears, he is greater than our guilt and our doubts! He’s not overstrained and
desperate as often we’re. He takes the best care of us, which is better than we can
di itself. In the bible we can read at several places: “Don’t be afraid!”, by God and
with him we don’t need to be afraid! God gave his son Jesus Christ instead of us die
on the cross, but Jesus is risen from the death. It’s his present for us, for you of love
and by grace. There was Thomas a disciple of Jesus who could not believe that the
crucified Jesus really stand in front of him and first had to touch his wounds.
Once Jesus said: “blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
“ Thomas doubted the power of God. Very often I’m overpowered of my minds,
my fears lame me and I suffer from worry. My guilt separates me from God.
My fears ties me and my doubts limits me. Good that we can everything lay
down by our God father and He takes care of it. That set us free!

Dieses Lied hat mir sehr geholfen. Besonders in meinen dunkelsten Stunden,
als ich zutiefst traurig und verzweifelt war.
Wenn ich nicht einschlafen konnte, habe ich das Lied oft leise in meinem Kopf gesungen.
So konnte ich loslassen und ruhiger werden. Schmerzen, Belastungen, Ängste, Sünden und Zweifel, all das können wir vor Gott bringen:
Gott ist größer als unser Schmerz, unsere Belastungen, unsere Ängste, es ist größer als unsere Sünden und unsere Zweifel!
Er ist nicht überfordert und verzweifelt, wie wir es oft sind.
Ja kümmert sich besser um uns, als wir es jemals tun könnten.
In der Bibel steht an vielen Stellen: "Hab keine Angst!", bei Gott und mit ihm brauchen wir keine Angst haben!
Gott ließ seinen Sohn Jesus Christus für uns am Kreuz sterben, aber Jesus ist vom Tod auferstanden.
Es ist sein Geschenk an uns, für dich aus Liebe und Gnade. Da war Thomas, ein Jünger Jesu, der nicht glauben konnte,
dass der gekreuzigte Jesus wirklich vor ihm stand und erst seine Wunden fühlen musste.
Jesus hat einmal gesagt: "Gesegnet sind diejenigen, die nicht sehen und doch glauben."
Thomas hat an der Macht Gottes gezweifelt. Sehr oft bin ich überwältigt von meinen Gedanken,
meine Ängste lähmen mich und ich leide vor lauter Sorge.
Meine Schuld liegt zwischen Gott und mir. Meine Ängste binden mich und meine Zweifel begrenzen mich.
Gut, dass wir alles zu Gott bringen können und er sich um alle Dinge kümmert.
Das macht uns frei!
