Marami sa atin ay may iba’t ibang panahon sa buhay. Speaking of panahon, dito sa Pilipinas ay may dalawa lang na klase, tag-ulan at tag-araw. Sa bawat panahon na nakatagpo natin, sa aking pag-bubulay-bulay, nagsilbing reminder sa akin ang verse na ito gusto kong maibahagi sa iyo... Na nangauugat at nangatatayo sa kaniya, at matibay sa inyong pananampalataya, gaya ng pagkaturo sa inyo, na sumasagana sa pagpapasalamat. Taga-Colosas 2:7 Tulad ng isang halaman, lahat tayo ay nagsimula bilang isang buto lamang. Sa paglipas ng panahon tayo ay nagiging isang magandang puno. Hindi tayo matitibag kung matatag ang ating pundasyon. A lot of us are having different seasons of life. Speaking of seasons, here in our country what we only have are two, which are rainy(mostly stormy) and sunny days. In every season we encounter, as I had my quiet time, I’m reminded of this wonderful verse that I’m gladly to share to you..

“rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”

Colossians 2:7

Like every plant, everyone of us started out as a seed. Over time we grow into a beautiful Tree. Our roots deepen as our faith and character builds up. As a growing tree, it is essential that we are always connected to the main source. Water. The Living water that runs through us, which is God. There is no other great source than God. God makes us whole, without Him we will be weak. Man cannot function on his own without connecting to the creator. Just like a tree, it will not grow sturdy if there’s no source. We will not be shaken or we won’t fall if our foundation is stable. Therefore, we must deepen our faith, strengthen it and build a deep relationship with Jesus Christ so we can grow into a beautiful tree that never withers and be grateful for what God has made us in our lives. With that, we can be a blessing to others by bearing good fruit and those who eats it will taste the goodness of God that has given us.

Viele von uns haben unterschiedliche Jahreszeiten im Leben. Apropos Jahreszeiten, hier in unserem Land gibt es nur zwei, die regnerische (meist stürmische) und die sonnigen Tage. In jeder Jahreszeit, in der wir leben, habe ich mich, in meiner Besinnungszeit, an diesen wunderbaren Vers erinnert, den ich Ihnen gerne mitteilen möchte.

„Wie ein Baum in der Erde, so sollt ihr in Christus fest verwurzelt bleiben, und nur er soll das Fundament eures Lebens sein.“ Kolosser 2: 7

Wie jede Pflanze begann jeder von uns als Saatgut. Im Laufe der Zeit wachsen wir zu einem schönen Baum heran. Unsere Wurzeln vertiefen sich, während sich unser Glaube und Charakter aufbaut. Als wachsender Baum ist es wichtig, dass wir immer mit der Hauptquelle verbunden sind.
Wasser. Das lebendige Wasser, das durch uns fließt, das ist Gott.

Es gibt keine andere große Quelle als Gott. Gott macht uns ganz, ohne Ihn werden wir schwach sein. Der Mensch kann nicht alleine arbeiten, ohne sich mit dem Schöpfer zu verbinden. Genau wie ein Baum wird er nicht stabil, wenn es keine Quelle gibt. Wir werden nicht erschüttert oder fallen nicht, wenn unser Fundament stabil ist. Deshalb müssen wir unseren Glauben vertiefen, ihn stärken und eine tiefe Beziehung zu Jesus Christus aufbauen, so dass wir zu einem schönen Baum heranwachsen können, der niemals verdorrt und dankbar für das ist, was Gott in unserem Leben gemacht hat. Damit können wir anderen ein Segen sein, indem wir gute Früchte tragen und diejenigen, die sie essen, werden die Güte Gottes schmecken, die uns gegeben hat.
